Our Vision
Our vision is a world where organizations can continuously evolve—adapting with purpose and alignment, delivering value without friction, and turning change into a competitive advantage and enduring organizational capability.
Our Mission
Northspire Advisory helps organizations modernize how they operate by redesigning the systems that shape decision-making, structure, leadership, and value flow—so transformation becomes continuous, resilient, and sustainable at enterprise scale.
Our Culture
At Northspire Advisory, our culture is grounded in systems thinking, intellectual rigor, and deep respect for the complexity of real organizations. We believe modernization is not about applying frameworks—it’s about understanding context, designing with intention, and building change that lasts.
We value clarity over jargon, outcomes over activity, and continuous learning over perfection. Our teams are collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and mission-oriented, working in true partnership with our clients to create meaningful, durable impact.
Our Founder and CEO
Marguerite is a senior transformation executive with over 25 years of leadership experience guiding organizations through complex digital and operational modernization initiatives. Her career spans both public and private sectors, including highly regulated, cyber-physical, and large-scale enterprise environments, where she and her team have consistently delivered measurable outcomes by aligning strategy, structure, and execution.
She brings a rare combination of technical depth, business acumen, and systems-level thinking—leveraging Lean, Agile, POM, MBSE, User-Centered Design, and other proven industry practices to redesign how organizations operate, govern, and deliver value. Her work focuses on building durable organizational capabilities, strengthening leadership systems, and enabling continuous adaptation in dynamic environments.
With experience spanning traditional PMO governance, and finance functions,, she is particularly effective in bridging legacy and modern ways of working—tailoring each engagement to organizational context, risk posture, and mission-critical outcomes.
